Sheraton Dallas Hotel, Dallas

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying a lovely room on the 36th floor with incredibly comfy pillows and beds. Though the room was not serviced, even without the do not disturb sign, it was still a great experience. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff going above and beyond, especially with a special birthday package. The location was ideal for our plans, being conveniently located downtown with easy access to various attractions. However, the dining experience was disappointing, and the high prices did not match the quality. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly service.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were large and well-laid-out, but the bathroom was tiny, smelled like sewage, and had gnats flying around. The soundproofing was not the best, which was a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, having a refrigerator in the room to keep our kids' milk cool was a plus.

The hotel offered clean and well-decorated rooms with comfy beds and a big TV. The service was fabulous, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The location was convenient for nearby attractions, though safety was a concern at night. The dining experience was great for certain dishes but limited in options and pricey. The facilities were well-maintained.
